Ad-hoc Getaway

We planned this holiday just few weeks ago, when the girlfriend sort of mengadu beliau stress and need a quick getaway as soon as possible, and within minutes we decided to go to Port Dickson.

So the next thing we did was surveying the accomodation.

At first kononnya nak stay in Avillion or Grand Lexis tapi mahal sangat >.<

Last2 we settled for Avillion Admiral Cove, adik kepada Avillion Port Dickson. ok. adik pon adik laa..

Gerak from KL at around 11am after having a breakfast together with some other friends, and arrived in PD around 1pm.

And guess what, the very first place that we were looking for was karaoke place (-_-") ok la demi menunaikan hajat orang jauh yang stress itu. lolz.

At first we went to this karaoke place which zetty have been to before but it was 2 years ago. And after cari signboard kedai ada tapi tempat dah tak wujud >.<

Oleh kerana port dickson bukan kawasan kami jadi cari tempat karaoke pun google aja. 

We bumped into this karaoke place named Orange Box @ Corus Paradise Resort. Sampai2 sana kedai tunjuk sign 'We are Open' tapi pintu kunci. boleh? danggg sangat.

And finally kitorang pergi dekat Music Box Family KTV at pekan PD kot?

it's not a grand karaoke place macam dekat KL tapi ok la. One big room costs 25 hengget for 2 hours. And we went for 3 hours. lalalalalalalala~ tak ingat nak makan tak ingat nak check in. zzzzzz.

Avillion Admiral Cove, Port Dickson

Around 4, we checked-in at the hotel, all 4 of us in one room. 

No. 1 i like about Avillion Admiral Cove is because it's beautiful surrounding, No. 2 the room is spacious, No. 3 because er..it's beautiful surrounding. Tu je yang impressive. Yang lain so-so, biasa biasa aja.

This is the place that hold part of our memories as petronas scholars. The Eagle Programs. But that day we went here because the girls nak tumpang toilet. hehhhh.

So basically, during this quick vacation, all we did is makan, merayau to random places and beaches, makan lagi..makan. Makan. and talked about random things. *lovee*

Seri Mesra Ikan bakar

Jumpa kedai ni after buat research dekat internet. We went here for dinner on the first day. You got to choose the fresh seafoods by yourself at one corner of the shop and tell them nak masak lauk style macam mana. That night we tried their Siakap 3 rasa, sotong goreng tepung, tomyam ayam, kailan ikan masin, and kangkung goreng belacan.

semuanya sedap! or maybe jugak sebab kitorang tak makan lunch lagi hari tu, so semuanya memang rasa sedap jelah. Lolz~ Total charges for what we ate that night was RM116. Ikan adalah agak mahal, around RM86. Tapi whatever lah kan.

Nasi Kukus Ayam Panggang Cowboy Place

Went to this place for lunch. Sapa2 students UTP mesti tau camne feeling nya makan dekat kedai at Convo Fair kan? haa camtu lah feeling nya bila makan kat kedai ni. Tapi decoration kedai ni agak impressive la. Everything resembles cowboy style. Even waiter/waitress pun pakai topi koboi. And the menu they have are just Nasi Kukus Ayam Panggang, Watermelon juice, and Lime Juice. Makanan pun letak guna pinggan polisterin je hahhh. But nasi dia agak sedap jugak. I guess the price for Nasi Kukus Ayam Panggang tu RM 5 kot and the drink costs RM1.50. 

Restoran Asam Pedas Kasih Ibu

We felt like eating asam pedas at that time even baru lepas makan, tu yang singgah kedai ni. But then masa tu maybe dah lambat sangat so the only asam pedas yang available were asam pedas kepala tenggiri and asam pedas ikan mayong. I dont know how to eat kepala ikan, and ikan mayong ada banyak duri so a big no no. last2 kitorang order nasi putih sepinggan kongsi 4 orang and kuah asam pedas. yes, mintak kuah dia je. Kuah asam pedas dia sedap~~ pekat and cukup rasa. i loike~

then we ordered Ayam Kampung Panggang setengah ekor which turned out to be so much very superb! sedap hoi! Aku ni ayam kampung tak berapa minat sangat sebab liat kan. tapi ayam panggang ni tak liattt and rempah dia adalah sedap. 

Petang2 yang nyaman makan ayam panggang + kuah asam pedas + air kelapa pandan = heaven!
